Files for Part 3

I introduce images, talk about using viewports, and discuss how jaws.assets works.

(Because of the delay in getting this out, I had to make it slightly shorter than normal. However, I hope to make up for that by getting Part 4 posted within the next couple of days. My plan is to then have Part 5 out this coming Thursday.)
