Scarygirl is on a mission. Having washed up on a deserted shore, she seeks out Dr. Maybee. She has been dreaming of him and knows if she can only find him, all her questions will be answered.
Along her journey through forests, swamps and even a nearby city, she is helped by many different characters. Each seems to help Scarygirl but they also have their own agendas.
Designed as a surreal, dream-like adventure, Scarygirl is mostly a platformer game. Intermixed levels also include a racing level, a puzzle level and even the occasional boss battle.
Being both free and browser-based, this is definitely worth a few free moments of your day to help a little girl dressed as a pirate who also has a tentacle arm find her way in a bizarre world.
